Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 24, 2026

Effective Date: August 24, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the DAPS website and the purchase or engagement of DAPS services, software licenses, integrations, automations, dashboards, custom development work, and related digital solutions. By using the website or placing an order with DAPS, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

DAPS provides software development and AI automation services, including but not limited to custom SaaS solutions, CRM systems, AI tools, WhatsApp chatbots, API development, WordPress and WooCommerce integrations, automation workflows, dashboards, and related technical implementation services.

2. Proposals, Orders, and Custom Work

Any custom project, integration, or implementation is governed by the scope approved by the client in writing, whether through proposal, quotation, invoice, milestone plan, or service agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional approval, revised pricing, and timeline updates.

3. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is subject to the specific service, product, proposal, or invoice issued by DAPS. Payment terms may include full advance payment, milestone-based billing, subscription billing, or staged deployment payments depending on the nature of the engagement. Delayed payments may affect delivery schedules, support access, hosting continuity, or project progress.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access, credentials, content, business rules, APIs, test accounts, and approvals needed for project execution. DAPS is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, third-party platform restrictions, or slow approvals from the client side.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing frameworks, reusable code components, methods, internal utilities, libraries, templates, and technical know-how used by DAPS remain the property of DAPS or the applicable rights holder. Final deliverables prepared specifically for the client may be licensed or assigned according to the terms of the relevant agreement or invoice.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Dependencies

Many DAPS solutions depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, WooCommerce plugins, APIs, Meta integrations, cloud services, analytics tools, FBR systems, and communication platforms. DAPS is not liable for downtime, suspension, policy changes, pricing changes, or technical limitations imposed by third-party providers.

7. Support and Maintenance

Support is limited to the coverage stated in the purchased package, agreement, or invoice. Ongoing maintenance, change requests, feature expansions, hosting support, and operational monitoring may require a separate support plan or retained engagement.

8. Warranties and Service Limitations

DAPS provides services with reasonable professional care; however, no software, automation, or integration can guarantee uninterrupted performance in every environment. Compatibility, platform behavior, performance, and uptime may vary based on hosting, third-party services, user configuration, and environmental changes.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the DAPS website, request unlawful implementations, violate platform rules, infringe intellectual property, or use DAPS solutions for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from use of the website, software, integrations, automations, or third-party platform behavior. Liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product unless a written agreement states otherwise.

11. Suspension and Termination

DAPS may suspend work, access, support, or delivery where invoices remain unpaid, client misuse is detected, legal risk arises, or the working relationship becomes commercially or operationally unviable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the website or DAPS services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Changes to These Terms

DAPS may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on the website will apply to future use and engagements unless a separate signed agreement controls a specific project.
